Well wishes to every participant. I would like to make a report for the Self improvement project. The effects of the prayer group have reached a steady state about a week after posting. With noticeable effects on my physical and mental stability. Since then, for the last couple of weeks, every gain has been linked to my intention. The personal growth depends on my focused performance of the spiritual practices, and my interaction with other people depends on my capacity to will positive changes. But I do feel an added push whenever I try to be a positive influence in my surroundings.
As far as the circumstances go, the pressures have been constant and grinding. And there were at least two situations that could have unraveled because of the stresses involved. I do keep my occult activities well hidden, but I can say that there are at least 31 people who are indirectly thankful to this group, that there was a guy present, who could keep a calm and compassionate head in a very tense situation.
Thank you all, for this. I intend to apply myself daily until February, and by then I hope the changes will be permanent.
