(b) I certainly agree! There's no need to say who you pray for; who you pray for and how often is a personal matter. Certainly, if you are feeling drawn to a couple of listings in particular, then you should probably focus on those. You've just reminded me, I need to do a post some time on that topic. There is a way-- probably several ways-- to pray for everyone with what I believe is efficacy, and that is the way I normally pray, working with relative speed through the whole list. That said, I must admit that the only times I've really gotten definitely strong directed pings on the subtle senses from prayer for others was when I focused my session on one party. So I would really say there is no one right to do it.
