Hello K! That's excellent news. As you've phrased your thanks in the present rather than past tense, I'll take it that you wish prayers to continue? For now I'll take the liberty of removing the part about not getting medical treatment, and change it to:

"May K's wife's shoulder, which has been dislocating repeatedly, be healed."

Please let me know if you/your wife would like any further changes to the phrasing.
