Last week, a number of civilians in Crimea were killed in a missile attack that had been directed by the US, and there were rumors of retaliation from Russia. Apparently, the Russians stood down, despite real anger among the citizens over this and other recent terrorism incidents. Russia will take some sort of action, they say, but at least it will be carefully considered action.
I don't know whether or not this will mark some kind of turning point, but it may be what Emmanuel's dream indicated.
