Ecosophia Prayer List, Virgo 2024

At this link is the full list of all of the requests for prayer that have recently appeared at ecosophia.net and ecosophia.dreamwidth.org, as well as in the comments of the prayer list posts. Please feel free to add any or all of the requests to your own prayers.

If I missed anybody, or if you would like to add a prayer request for yourself or anyone who has given you consent (or for whom a relevant person holds power of consent) to the list, please feel free to leave a comment below.

* * * This week I would like to bring special attention to the following prayer requests.

May Erika be blessed with good luck and radiant health.

May Mariette (Miow)'s recent surgery have been a success. May she make a full recovery and regain full use of her body. May she heal in body, soul and mind.

May The Dilettante Polymath's eye heal and vision return quickly and permanantly, and may both his retinas stay attached.

May Tyler and Monika's newborn baby Isabelle, whose bowels were not moving properly at birth, and who as of 9/16 has not experienced a bowel movement, be blessed with a well functioning digestive tract and be free of colic going forward.

May Giulia (Julia) in the Eastern suburbs of Cleveland Ohio be healed of recurring seizures and paralysis of her left side and other neurological problems associated with a cyst on the right side of her brain and with surgery to treat it.

May Tyler and Monika's newborn baby Isabelle, whose bowels were not moving properly at birth, be blessed with a well functioning digestive tract and be free of colic going forward.

May Falling Tree Woman's son's girlfriend's mother Bridget in Devon UK, who has recently started to sit up and converse after more than six weeks of bedridden tracheotomy following a life-threatening fall from a horse, be blessed and healed and returned to full health.

May Corey Benton, whose throat tumor has grown around an artery and won't be treated surgically, be healed of throat cancer.

May Heather's brother in law, Patrick, who is dying of cancer and has dementia, go gentle into that good light. And may his wife Maggie, who is ill herself, find the strength and peace she needs for her situation. (Update on Patrick's condition here)

May Neptune's Dolphins' husband David, who lost one toe to a staph infection last year and now faces further toe amputations due to diabetic ulcers in his left foot, be blessed and healed, and may the infection leave his body for good.

May Rebecca, who has just been laid off from her job and is the sole provider for her family, quickly discover a viable means to continue to support her family; may she and her family be blessed and sustained in their journey forward.

May Kyle's friend Amanda, who though in her early thirties is undergoing various difficult treatments for brain cancer, make a full recovery; and may her body and spirit heal with grace.

Lp9's hometown, East Palestine, Ohio, for the safety and welfare of their people, animals and all living beings in and around East Palestine, and to improve the natural environment there to the benefit of all.

•May Ms. Krieger's hometown of Norwalk, Connecticut recover quickly and fully from the gasoline tanker fire that destroyed an overpass and shut down interstate 95 on May 2. May the anger and fire that has made driving in the area so fraught cool down in a way that benefits all beings. May all people, animals, and other beings around the highway, the adjacent river and the harbor be protected and blessed, and may the natural environment improve to the benefit of all. •Danny and Mary, in Donegal, Ireland, are still stunned by the sudden loss in March 2023 of their four-year-old grandson Darragh, a bright and bubbly wee child who was well loved. For Danny and Mary, for Darragh's brother Daniel, for Darragh's surviving family as a whole, may all of their hearts heal and mend, may all of their sorrows find comfort, and may all find peace in the face of their shared and tragic loss of Darragh. I am pleased to announce that our prayers have been answered, and that Monika was delivered of a bouncing baby girl late last week. Please forgive me for the late update-- those who have had children know how hectic these last several days and nights have been! Mother is well; baby Isabelle seems healthy, though her bowels aren't yet moving properly.
I ask thus that she be left on the prayer list-- this time our prayer is that Isabelle be able to poop before medical intervention is necessary, and that she be free of colic going forward.

My most heartfelt thanks to you, Tunesmyth, for this list, to all who prayed, and to all gods saints and spirits who intervened on our behalf.

Hope you are well, and thanks for providing this service.

Could I ask for some prayers regarding 2 related things?

Our house was partially flooded by a burst water main back in May, and our downstairs floors have all gone mouldy underneath. We are having terrible trouble trying to get people to come out and fix it, so could I ask for prayers to help the repairs go smoothly?

And the second, more major thing is that the mould has brought on asthma in myself, and I wake up every morning struggling to breathe, despite running air purifiers and dehumidifiers all night. Could I ask for prayers to help resolve the asthma and/or the underlying cause? (I presume that this is the mould, but it may not be)

I just wanted to say that the lawsuit for partition of the family land that we have been involved in has almost wrapped up, with all the major issues being resolved justly and fairly (and without anybody getting shot), so we are very grateful! Thank you all for your prayers!

My pregnancy has now entered the second trimester and all is going well! I would very much appreciate continued prayers for me and our unborn daughter.

I wish he would have either had a local guide (like he sometimes does) or driven a bit further north on Market Street to see some prettier parts of town, but it's got some good interviews with the people he randomly encountered.

Thank you for the prayers to G & J. They have recovered well and experienced a lot of answered prayers as they moved through the recovery process.

While traveling to Europe last week to go hiking, I suffered a detached retina. I've had surgery for it now and everything seems to be going well, but a boost doesn't hurt. I'm open to suggestions on the wording, but here's my thought:

May The Dilettante Polymath's eye heal and vision return quickly and permanantly, and may both his retina's stay attached.

I and my family have been trying for many months to find housing on the western seaboard of the United States, the region we consider home. Due to various factors, including but not limited to the lenocratic practices of the property management racket, we have so far been unable to find a home. We are perforce staying in very costly temporary lodgings and have been burning through our savings. It’s a frightening situation.

I would really appreciate it if people could send some prayer on our behalf. Anything that might help to produce a turn for the better in our fortunes could be life-saving. Thanks to any and all who so do.
