as far as the other yes indeed she has tried many things.
researched it all etc, and has tried castor oil packs as well as actually taking it, and teas like senna and more.

i cant think of them all and believe me, she normally wouldnt have asked others before doing anything herself.
she doesnt like to ask for help generally.
so yes she has tried many thing first..
