Hello Matt. Unless you are absolutely certain about the best pathway for prayers to come into effect, I believe that it is better to focus on outcome rather than method by which the desired outcome will come to pass. (E.g. the old joke about the man who makes a wish to have a million dollars who ends up becoming a bank teller and handling a million dollars.) How about this?
"May Matt, who is currently struggling with MS related fatigue, be blessed and healed such that he returns to full energy; and may he be enlightened as to the best way to manage his own situation to best bring about this healing."
I'll put that up for now, but please let me know if you'd like any adjustments.
