She is dealing with physical and mental burnout and depression (see comment #23), and specifically requests that anyone praying for her address the Christian God (comment #57). I am not sure of my ability to word this very well. I have no problem addressing the Christian God (Shimizu-sensei considered the principal kami the Fujikyo adherents call on: "Goku Fuyo-Mirokujin" to be "the one the Christians call 'God'") She might prefer Christian prayers (I'll ask).
