In consultation with Pygmycory, I formulated the following prayer: "To the Christian God specifically, may Pygmycory find relief from her tendonitis and emotional exhaustion, and receive wise guidance in choosing which matters to address and which to let go."

She is fine with non-Christians like me praying for her, as long as I address my prayer to the Christian God.
