Thanks for the heads up, Pat, and thank you for proposing a wording for the prayer. I've adjusted the wording slightly to be sensitive both toward poly- and monotheists. (Instructing people to pray to "the Christian God" implicitly seems to suggest He is one among many-- an issue I do not propose to interrogate here!)
