"The Heart SOP" update

This is just a quick note to say that I've substantially expanded my entry on the "Heart SOP", the version of the Sphere of Protection created at least 70 years ago by Reverend Matthew Shaw. I'm keeping it all there as I want it to be a page I can refer people to who I want to tell about the exercise. If you happen to have any comments for it, please put them there rather than here.
