Basically, in general, if someone desires to be on the list, I will put them on. If anyone is getting continuing benefit from being on the list, I certainly don't wish to hurry them off.

When it comes to self-improvement, though, I'll just share that the way you've done it-- a week of support from others' prayers, followed by trying to keep the momentum through one's own efforts-- looks to me to be quite a sensible path.

This is all a bit of an experiment though. If you wish to enter the list again at any point, it's fine to do so.
