Quin, he very openly requested prayers last year after taking a long hiatus. This year, when I mentioned that I was adding him to a prayer for heart and related issues that was being done as a group effort, he told me thank you. He knows I'm a Shinto priestess, so it appears to be fine with him if anyone sincere prays for his health. I'd ask him again, but he is very very busy with shutting down the blog.
