I assume that you've already done lots of prayer and divination on how to proceed with your daughter's treatment, but would it be welcome/appreciated for any of us to pray for some help for you and your wife in handling a tricky situation and navigating a difficult decision?
Something like "may Quin and his wife be steered to the best outcome for their little girl and their family, in a way that harms none"?
