I actually know someone whose granddaughter has that condition, and they did have to keep getting surgeries to replace her aorta with a piece of her femoral artery. Needed a zipper in her chest because they were in there so frequently as she grew; whenever she started keeling over regularly, they knew they needed a replacement again. Just sent a text to see if they're still needing to do that, and suggesting hawthorn flower tincture has been "anecdotally shown to reduce the frequency of needing the surgery" ;-)
