I had something very similar happen to me before. The lady in question had reason to attack me, though. I'd inadvertently stolen the limelight from her. She proceeded to make her own life miserable. Her method of cursing was to call at exactly 4:44 a.m. I had at that time a spiritual entity that was protecting me, and deflected the curse. I slept straight through the phone call, but had a vivid dream of her, and a dragon attacking her, which I stopped. Subsequently this lady kept warning me that I was going to die, but of course nothing like that happened. Instead, she suffered from one tragedy after another, culminating with losing her house--12 miles from Fukushima. When I think of her I feel nothing but warm memories and a sense of pity.
I wonder if you could find a divine entity to protect you. I also recommend praying for the person, so that they can be freed from the illusions that are devastating them. I'll add these words to my prayer, if you would like.
