Good news! JMG confirms that Healing Hands work is sufficiently prayer-adjacent that it may be used freely if consent for prayers for healing has been received. He does say, though, that certain advanced Essenes healing techniques, such as what he tried with my daughter, should still receive separate consent. I presume that MOE practitioners understand where that line is.
