I think prayers and MOE to be different categories. Perhaps they could be combined in the same post though as you suggested? I have found however that the healing hands work much strongly if both parties are synced, meaning, they are at the same time aware that the process is happening. I wonder if video calls would be something people would consider also? Specially since personally, I wouldn't know how to target usernames much less anonynous
