Well, so it worked. My visa was granted after being extricated from a very tricky situation, after a senior congressional office sent in an inquiry to the State department. In fact, they fixed it in 3 days.

This is a major life change for me, I can start building what I want to; I am very very grateful to everyone who prayed, and particularly to Tunesmyth for facilitating this and helping me, and VioletCabra for suggesting I do a round of planetary charity to Jupiter.
