Ecosophia Prayer List, Happy New Year

The Ecosophia Prayer List celebrated its one year anniversay on December 22nd! In the last year, there were many more prayer requests than I originally anticipated, but I'm happy for it. Several people reported serious illness recovering faster than doctors expected, including cases which weren't expected to turn around at all.

One piece of feedback that I've gotten is that some people are overwhelmed by the sheer number of prayer entries. This is completely understandable; there are indeed many, and is a bit daunting even to me. I think some new tactics are warranted to manage the list.

First of all, as I've been warning I would do for some weeks, I've removed all old prayers older than 6 months (with a couple of exceptions that my intuition encouraged me to keep). Next, I am revising the policy regarding how long entries remain on the list:

• Except where specifically requested otherwise, all prayers for the dead will come off of the list after a month and a day. 
• The same goes for prayer requests for pets: a month and a day, unless specifically requested otherwise. 
• All other prayers can remain for 3 months without an update (though updates are appreciated). This will be a harder line than I allowed before. I reserve the discretion to allow certain prayers for longer, when serious medical issues or the like are involved.

As before, updates on how things are going with what you've made a request about are always appreciated. Every time you do, if your prayer is not yet resolved, the 3 month clock starts over.

As I've changed the terms, all entries that are currently remaining on the list are grandfathered in, and safe from such removal until the Spring Equinox.

This week I would like to bring special attention to the following prayer requests.

May the surgery for Yuccaglauca's mother Monica's malignant mass be safe, successful, and conclusive of the matter.

May Frank Rudolf Hartman of Altadena California (picture), who is receiving chemotherapy, be completely cured of the lymphoma that is afflicting him, and may he return to full health. 

May the brain surgery that Erika's partner James underwent for his cancer on October 16th have gone successfully; and may he be blessed, healed and protected, and successfully treated for all of his cancer.

May Kyle's friend Amanda, who though in her early thirties is undergoing various difficult treatments for brain cancer, make a full recovery; and may her body and spirit heal with grace.

Lp9's hometown, East Palestine, Ohio, for the safety and welfare of their people, animals and all living beings in and around East Palestine, and to improve the natural environment there to the benefit of all.

•May Jeff Huggin's friends Dale and Tracy be blessed and healed; may Dale's blood and spinal fluid infection clear up sufficiently to receive a heart valve replacement; may his medical procedures go smoothly and with success; and may Dale and Tracy successfully surmount these difficulties. •May Jedi the cat be able to be okay without an expensive visit to the vet, and may Jedi be blessed, protected, and healed in the manner most ideally keeping with his nature and that of the divinity petitioned and in a way that harms none. (11/15)

•John Dougill has an irregular heart beat and wishes for protection from a debilitating stroke or heart attack. May he be given time for the foreseeable future to engage in volunteer work and meaningful activities. (10/17)

•May KayeOh be blessed and healed, and have a speedy recovery from the total knee replacement surgery she had on 10/16. (10/17)

•May Looking For Peace's 17 year old daughter JF in New Jersey have strength and energy to deal with her depression and anxiety, and be protected, in a way that harms none. (10/16) 

•May Christopher from California's recently just-broken toes be healed completely and gracefully; and may the large number of other long term, entangled, difficult issues in his life be healed fully as well. (10/16)

•May David's wife Charlene, who is suffering from Lyme disease, be healed of her condition and blessed with peace of mind; and may David be blessed in his efforts to support her while she goes through this. (10/6)

•May Peter Van Erp's friend Kate Bowden's husband Russ Hopson, who is suffering from a yet undiagnosed malady which has caused seizures, recover his health; may his physicians gain in understanding that he may receive excellent treatment. (9/25)

•May Mya be released from her addiction, may her emotional, mental, and physical bodies by fully healed; and may she find Higher guidance as she makes her way on her life path.

•May Tamanous's friend's brother David, after his terrible motorcycle accident leaving him quadriplegic, be healed and otherwise blessed with positive outcomes with upcoming surgeries and rehab; may he once more be able to walk and live a normal life once more. Update: he is now able to use both hands and even has some feeling returning to his toes. •May Patricia Mathews's friend, Thomas (Duke) McMullen, who is in hospice care; be blessed with a good and peaceful transition. Duke is Ba’hai, so the deity to approach is Baha’u’llah.* (9/3)

•May Brother Kornhoer's son's sleep apnea and empty nose syndrome both be healed, to allow him to get restorative sleep. He had surgery to help to deal with the condition; may the surgery have gone excellently, and may he heal quickly. (8/29)

•May B.P. be blessed, may her suffering be eased, and may she be fully healed of the stomach and gastro problems that her doctors are finding difficult to deal with. (8/16)

•May Freddy, Ganeshling's neighbor's 10 year old son, who hasn't spoken some years ever since a traumatic hospital stay, start speaking again, and come to develop into a functional adult. (7/23)

•May Roobyalien's stepmother Leigh Hennen in Sarasota Florida, who has returned home from intensive care after a life threatening bout of sepsis; be blessed and healed back to full health swiftly; may her husband find the strength and energy to support her and her daughters be blessed. •May Oilman2, who has survived cancer and is learning to adjust to a rebuilt colon and learning how to walk again; be filled with healing energies; may he attain the most robust fitness that his new physical circumstances allow, and may he remain cancer free. (7/3)

•Mike O'Mara, a former composer and music educator who was terribly injured by the Covid vaccine and now has an excruciating neurodegenerative order; that he healed and soothed to the greatest extent possible, and that his current stay at the clinic getting experimental treatment for his vaccine injury is a great success. •May Honey Badger, who has been hired conditionally by the US Forest Service as a Firefighter Battalion Chief, pass all of the health tests with flying colors and properly attain this job. (12/4)

•May Nebulous Realms develop the necessary sensitivity in his life that he may let go of all that holds him back and prioritize that which will truly lead him to joy and success; and may he be blessed and protected from any sources of physical and spiritual danger in his life. (11/27)

•Danny and Mary, in Donegal, Ireland, are still stunned by the sudden loss in March of their four-year-old grandson Darragh, a bright and bubbly wee child who was well loved. For Danny and Mary, for Darragh's brother Daniel, for Darragh's surviving family as a whole, may all of their hearts heal and mend, may all of their sorrows find comfort, and may all find peace in the face of their shared and tragic loss of Darragh. •May the lawsuit for partition of the family land in which Jennifer, her husband Josiah, and her father Robert are involved be resolved justly and for the greatest good of all involved, including the land and its spirits. (11/8)

•May Brenainn's mother Sheila be comforted and healed through her grief over the passing of her dog, Hallie; and may Hallie's transition to the afterlife be blessed. (11/8)

•May open_space's beloved city of Acapulco recover quickly from the damage sustained in a recent severe hurricane, and receive the help and healing needed. (11/8)

•May Courtney Coleman continue to develop spiritually, specifically an awareness of divine communication. (11/6)

•Brother Kornhoer's close friend, who is dealing with a daughter going through an unholy trinity of mental imbalance, drug use, and an exploitative, sleazy boyfriend; he requests prayers for his friend, for strength and guidance on how to best help her daughter. (8/7 update)

•Nicole's (shewhoholdstensions) 41 year old brother Robert died suddenly in bed on May 15th. Robert was a single dad, and he leaves behind three children: Hannah, Zack, and Jordyn. May they and Nicole be blessed and protected, and find what comfort they can during this very difficult time. (Update 5/25)

That's good to hear! Sure, at the moment it is due to come off of the list at the beginning of April. Of course you may re-list a new or revised prayer for her benefit at any point if the circumstances change.

Of course. In related news, seeing her again has rekindled my desire to be in a relationship with a loving and attractive woman (either her again, or another). However, I am not sure how to go about this or if this is even the right thing for me at this time. So I ask that people pray for divine guidance to be granted to me on how to proceed to achieve this goal.
